This privacy policy (“ Privacy Policy”) explains what kind of information Prophetic Technologies, Inc.(“ Prophetic”, “ we” or “ us”) collects from users of all Prophetic platforms, products, services, applications, websites, including www.propheticsoftware.ai , technology and other services (“ Prophetic Platform”), our business-to-business contacts (e.g., our service providers, contractors or processors), from others online, and how we use that data. This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information, not to de-identified or aggregate information or other information that cannot identify you.

APPLICABILITY

This Privacy Policy does not apply to non-Prophetic websites or services that state that they are offered under a different privacy policy. Please review the privacy policies on those websites and applications directly to understand their privacy practices.

OUR SERVICES

Prophetic provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows for companies and other teams (" Customers") to find & analyze real estate development opportunities across entire states.

The Prophetic Platform may permit Customers and their authorized representatives (" Customer Representatives") to provide us with personal information about affiliated individuals. We process this information as a processor on behalf of our Customer. Our Customer is the controller of this information and determines what information is collected and how it is used. If you are an affiliated individual and have questions or want to exercise any rights to your information, please contact the relevant Customer directly. Customer will have access to the information collected from Customer Representatives through the Customer Representative's use of the Prophetic Platform.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on the nature of your interaction with Prophetic, we may collect personal information:

• Directly from you, when you provide information to us or interact with us:
  • Contact information: This includes your name, email address, telephone number, and information you choose to include when you communicate with us via email, mail, phone, or other channels.
  • Submitted information: This includes any information that you submit through your use of the Prophetic Platform in any manner and in any medium.
• Automatically from you, when you interact with the Prophetic Platform via cookies. When you interact with the Prophetic Platform, certain information about your use of the Prophetic Platform is automatically collected via necessary cookies. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer hard drive, tablet, or mobile device when you visit the Prophetic Platform. Necessary cookies are essential for the Prophetic Platform to function properly and enable basic features like page navigation, security, and fraud prevention. • Manage business relationships, fulfill contractual requirements, and perform other business activities.
• Maintain the Prophetic Platform, monitor the performance of the Prophetic Platform, protect the security of the Prophetic Platform, detect and protect against fraud or other criminal activity, and protect the rights and property of Prophetic, you, or others.
• Manage, operate, and improve the Prophetic Platform, train our model and the underlying models used in the creation and operation of the Prophetic Platform, grow our business, understand our Customer base and effectiveness of our marketing and promotional campaigns, and understand how individuals interact with the Prophetic Platform.
• Design and administer marketing campaigns, measure, gauge, improve the effectiveness of our advertising, and send you information on products or services that we believe may be of interest to you.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, comply with inquiries from regulators, law enforcement agencies, or parties involved in litigation, enforce our licensing and terms of use, establish or exercise our legal rights, and defend against legal claims or demands.

We may use and share information in an aggregated or de-identified manner at our discretion, including for research, analysis, modeling, marketing, and improvement of the Prophetic Platform.

• With advertising and analytics partners: We share certain information, including hashed contact information such as email or phone, with advertising platforms (e.g., Google) to measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising.
• With service providers and licensors: We share personal information with service providers and licensors that we believe need the information to administer and provide the licenses necessary for the operation and creation of the Prophetic Platform, perform a technology, business, or other professional function for us, such as billing and collection, IT, accounting, auditing, and other professional services.
• With affiliates: We share personal information with other entities in our corporate family to provide the Prophetic Platform and for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Prophetic protects the personal information it collects with commercially reasonable efforts and appropriate physical, technical, and operational safeguards to ensure its security in our system. We use reasonable security measures that are designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please note, however, that no data security measures can be guaranteed to be completely effective. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any personal information or other information you transmit to us or store.

We retain personal information until we no longer need the information for the purposes for which it was collected, or as may be required by law.
